What File Types Can I Submit?
Though our facility is capable of printing hard copy prints from many different digital formats most prints are provided in one of the following formats.
- MS PowerPoint (.ppt)
- MS PowerPoint (.pptx)
- Adobe PDF
*For Gallery Purposes, we prefer .pdf .ppt and .pptx files for generation of thumbnails.
Submitting a revision
How Long Does This Take?
Print jobs are usually printed on the day they are received, they may take longer at certain times of the year. Please plan accordingly. All persons submitting a print job are responsible for picking up their prints in Morse Hall, Room 253 upon completion of their job. Printouts will be held for one week before being recycled. Special scheduling arrangements for large quantity print jobs should be made by request.
When/Where Can I Pick Up My Poster?
The ESRC Poster Printing Services is open for printing Monday through Friday from 1pm until 5pm. Any orders placed after this time may not be processed until the next business day. However, in special cases an order may be rushed for an additional fee.
NOTE: Printing hours are extended from 9am to 7pm in April to accommodate URC and GRC posters.We are located Morse Hall, UNH, Durham NH Map

This website has been designed to help facilitate the printing process of large format posters, maps, and prints for Students, Faculty, and Staff of the University of New Hampshire. This web site provides users with a mechanism to upload digital files for printing, provide contact and order information, and access tracking notifications and billing reports. Posters uploaded on this site are also optionally made available for viewing by the public within the University of New Hampshire's Research Poster Gallery.
